Terms of Service

Welcome to Planned. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Justice Labs LLC ("Planned," "we," "us," or "our"), the company that operates the Planned website at planned-io.com and the Planned application at app.planned-io.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Planned

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Planned, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide to us is accurate.

2. Your account

You sign in to Planned with your Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us right away at peanutjustice2002@gmail.com.

3. The Service

Planned helps you organize goals, calendar events, and notes in one dashboard, and can optionally send you a morning email digest. The Service is currently in beta: features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the product, and occasional downtime or bugs are possible. We will do our best to keep your data safe and the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

4. Plans, payments, and cancellation

• Planned offers a free plan and may offer paid subscription plans. Prices and included features are shown on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your plan will not renew.
• Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time, except where required by law.
• If we change subscription prices, we will give you reasonable advance notice before the new price applies to your next renewal.

5. Your content

Everything you create in Planned — your goals, calendar events, notes, and settings — is your content. You own it. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, storing your notes and sending your opt-in email digest). We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or to store unlawful content;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service other than as permitted by law;
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

7. Termination

You may stop using Planned and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we terminate your account without cause, we will make reasonable efforts to give you an opportunity to export your content first.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Planned is a personal organization tool — it is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justice Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
